护理干预在新生儿红斑及脓疱疹中的临床分析

目的：对新生儿红斑及脓疱疹进行护理干预效果分析。方法：选择300例婴儿，分为治疗组与对照组，每组150例，对照组婴儿采用常规的处理措施，治疗组婴儿在常规的护理措施上加强护理干预，观察两组婴儿出现红斑及脓疱疹的病例多少及发生率。结果：经过护理，治疗组出现红斑及脓疱疹的婴儿为12例，出现率为8％；对照组出现红斑及脓疱疹的婴儿为24例，出现率为16％。治疗组婴儿出红斑及脓疱疹的概率明显低于对照组，证明治疗组的护理有利于帮助新生婴儿防御红斑及脓疱疹的出现。结论：医院应加强对新生婴儿的护理干预，有效的护理干预可以减少婴儿出现红斑及脓疱疹的概率。

Clinical analysis of nursing intervention on neonatal lupus and impetigo

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on neonatal lupus and impetigo.Methods 300 cases of infant,divided into treatment group and control group,150 cases in each group,the control group treated by conventional measures of infant,infant nursing intervention in the treatment group,routine nursing measures,observe two groups infant erythema and pus herpes cases number and incidence.Results After nursing, the treatment group erythema and pus herpes baby for 12 cases,there was 8%;the control group erythema and pus herpes baby for 24 cases,there was 16%.The treatment group baby probability of erythema and pus herpes was significantly lower than the control group,the treatment group that care will help the new baby defense erythema and pus herpes.Conelusion The hospital should strengthen the nursing of newborn babies,effective nursing intervention can reduce the probability of infant erythema and pus herpes.
