加压阻滞对足三里针刺效应的影响

本文以胃电图为指标,针刺足三里穴,比较机械压迫梁丘穴和梁丘穴两侧旁开对照点对针刺效应的影响。观察对象为33名无感传健康成年人。结果表明:针刺足三里穴对胃运动有双向性调节作用。机械压迫梁丘穴可减弱甚至消除由针刺足三里引起的效应,而压迫梁丘穴两侧旁开对照点则对针效无显著影响。上述结果再次表明,在经脉循行线路上施加机械压迫可以阻滞针刺的效应,这种特点可能具有普遍的意义,为进一步探讨针刺效应的途径提供了一个重要的事实。

INFLUENCE OF MECHANICAL PRESSURE APPLIED ON THE STOMACH MERIDIAN UPON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ACUPUNCTURE OF ZUSANLI

Traditional Chinese Medicine holds that meridians is the regulative systemof the functional activity of the human body.According to the theory of meri-dians there is a relatively specific connection between the acupoint and viscus.Not a few researchers have paid much attention to this problem.Our previousreport showed the mechanical pressure could block the borborygmi caused bypuncturing Zusanli(ST 36)in the subjects with marked propagated sensationalong meridians(PSM).This paper deals with expriments to compare the influ-ence of pressing the meridian course and non-meridian point on electrogastragram(EGG)during puncturing Zusanli in 33 subjects without PSM.The acupointLiangqiu(ST 34)was selected as a compressed point and the points on its eitherside as controls.EGG wes recorded with surface non-polarizable electrode fromtwo abdominal points corresponding to the areas of corpus ventrieuli and antrumpyloricum.The effect of acupuncture on EGG appeared in two kind of rosponses whichdepended on the amplitude of EGG before acupuncture.The amplitude of EGGincreased if it was low before acupuncture.On the contrary,it decreased.Theresponse was bi-directional.It is particular to be noticed that the acupunctureeffect was markedly influenced by mechanical pressure.When the pressure wasapplied on acupoint Liangqiu the acupuncture effect markedly decreased,evendisappeared.Whereas mechanical pressure was applied on the both side of Li-angqiu,an influence on acupuncture effect of EGG could not be found.That theacupuncture effect could be blocked by the mechanical pressure applied on themeridian course,regardless of the subjects with or without PSM,was confirmedonce again and it may be of universal significance.The results not only suported the viewpoint on“meridian plocking at periphe-ry”but also suggested that there may de an unknown pathway besides the wellknown neuro-humonal mechanism in realization of the acupuncture effect.
