阿昔洛韦在乙肝患者体内的药代动力学

 研究了应用改良的Ｌａｎｄ等人的反相ＨＰＬＣ法，对６名乙型肝炎患者，ｉｖ阿昔洛韦后的药代动力学及血药浓度的变化。结果表明，Ｔ１／２、Ｖｃ及总清除率分别为３．２０±０，４６ｈ，０．２２±０。０４Ｌ／ｋｇ及０．３４±０．２１Ｌ／ｋｇ（±ｓ，ｎ＝６）。给药后第１，１５，３０ｄ平均血药浓度的峰值（μｇ／ｍｌ）分别为１２．９４±１．３８，１９．３１±１．９１，２５．１０±３．８９（±ｓ）。提示该药在体内有一定的蓄积作用。

The plasma levels and pharmacokinetics of acyclovir in patients withHBsAg positivity

The pharmacokinetics of intravenously administered acyclovir was studied by theimproved Land’s method of reversed-phase HPLC in 6 patients with HBsAg positivity, After doses of 15 mg/kg,the slow disposition half-life(T1/2β),apparent volume of distribution of centralcompartment(Vc) and total body clearance(TAB) were 3.20+0.46 h,0.22±0.04 Llkg and 0.34±0.24 L/kg(±s,n=6).On days 1,15 and 30(final day)of administered acyclovir,the meanpeak plasma levels(pg/ml)were 12.94±1.38,19.31±1.91,25.10±3.89(x±s).No cllnical orlaboratory abnormalities were noted in the 6 patients。
