腹腔镜妇外科联合手术21例分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜联合手术在同时处理妇、外科两种腹部病变手术中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析21例患有妇科疾病合并外科疾病行腹腔镜联合手术的临床资料。结果:21例手术全部成功,手术时间为50～160 min,术后住院时间5～7 d,无并发症。结论:本法在腹部外科领域具有独特的优势,充分体现了微创外科手术的优越性,具有很大的应用价值。

Clinical analysis of 21 cases of gynecology and surgery disease treated by combined iaparoscopic surgery

Objective:To study the clinical value of combined laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of surgery and gynecology disease at the same time.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed in 21 patients with surgical disease complicated with gynecological disease simultaneously,who were treated by combined laparoscopic surgery.Results:All the operations were perfected sucesfully,the operative time lasted 50~160 minutes,the hospitalization time after operation was 5~7 days,No complication was found.Conclusion:Combined laparoscopic surgery can simultaneously perfect two kinds of operation under the same anesthesia condition.It has special advantage and applicated value in abdominal surgery,fully showing the superiority of minimal invasive surgery.
