临床医学专业本科生介入放射学认知度调查

目的评价医学生对介入放射学知识的认知程度,探讨在本科临床医学专业中开设介入放射学课程的必要性。方法通过对江苏某高校临床医学专业本科准毕业生进行问卷调查的形式,了解其介入放射学知识来源及认知程度。结果发出调查问卷100份,收回有效问卷83份。对于介入放射学一般了解的占38.6%(32/83),缺乏56.6%(47/83)。78.3%认为介入医学职业前景比较乐观,但打算投身介入事业的人却仅有12.0%。结论开设介入医学课程教学,有利于学生对于介入放射学的全面了解,有利于满足现代临床医学的需求,并能提供更多是从事介入放射学事业的后备人才。

A Survey of Interventional Radiology Awareness among Undergraduates in Clinical Medicine

Objective To determine Interventional Radiology（IR） knowledge and views in Clinical Medicine students and to evaluate the necessity of offering the IR course of in medical colleges. Methods Questionnaires were sent to 100 final-year undergraduates in Clinical Medicine in a medicine college of Jiangsu Province. Results A total of 85 students of 100 replied to the survey and 83 were valid. Students felt that their knowledge of IR was poor （56.6%） or they had no knowledge （1.2%）. Only a few students thought they had good or adequate knowledge of IR （2.4% and 38.5%, respectively）. Most of the students （46, 19 respectively） thought that IR would offer excellent and good job opportunities. Only 12.0% considered IR as career. Conclusion IR remains a nascent but attractive specialty to the majority of medical students. Offering interventional medicine curriculum for undergraduates will be beneficial to understand intervention medicine, catering for minimally invasive medicine, to relieve the IR personnel shortage.
