| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨桃仁提取物（苦杏仁甙）抗矽肺纤维化作用。方法：采用桃仁提取物治疗矽肺大鼠，观察矽肺胶原蛋白和生化指标变化，及对大鼠矽肺病理影响。结果：桃仁提取物能显著抑制矽肺大鼠胶原蛋白合成和减少血清铜蓝蛋白。结论：桃仁提取物有延缓矽肺纤维化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective] This study is to study the anti fibrotic effects of semen persicae extract(amygdalin)in rats.Methods] Silicotic rats were treated with semen persicae extract to study the changes of silicotic collagen,biochemical indices and effects on pathology of silicotic rats.Results] Semen persicae extract significantly restrained synthesis of collagen and reduced ceruloplasmin in serum of silicotic rats.Conclusion] Semen persicae extract inhibited remarkably silicotic fibrosis in rats. |
