电针加康复训练治疗前庭中枢性平衡障碍对照观察

目的：明确电针治疗前庭中枢性平衡障碍的临床疗效。方法：将46例患者随机分为治疗组（23例）、对照组（23例）。治疗组采用电针（穴取百会、风府、风池等）加康复训练治疗，对照组单纯采用康复训练治疗。经治疗4周后，分别对Berg平衡量表、人体平衡姿势描记图各项指标进行观察。结果：治疗组总有效率86．96％，对照组65．22％，两组疗效差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；疗后Berg量表积分治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组睁眼平衡姿势描记图各项指标均较疗前好转（P〈0.01，P〈0．05）。结论：电针加康复训练是治疗前庭中枢性平衡障碍的有效方法。

Controlled observation on electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training for treatment of central vestibular disequilibrium syndrome

OBJECTIVE: To observe clinical therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on central vestibular disequilibrium syndrome. METHODS: Forty-six cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 23 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture at Baihui (GV 20), Fengfu (GV 16), Fengchi (GB 20) and other points, combined with rehabilitation training, and the control group with the rehabilitation training. After treatment for 4 weeks, the Berg Balance Scale and the parameters of static posturogram were observed to assess the therapeutic effects. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 86.96% in the treatment group and 65.22% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); after treatment, the treatment group in the cumulative score for the Berg Balance Scale was superior to the control group (P<0.05); and the parameters of static posturogram with opening eyes in the treatment group improved significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training is an effective method for central vestibular disequilibrium syndrome.
