雷尼替丁枸橼酸铋与庆大霉素联合用药对大鼠胃溃疡的作用

目的：研究雷尼替丁枸橼酸铋(RBC)与庆大霉素联合使用对两种大鼠胃溃疡模型的作用，并比较RBC与庆大霉素单独作用时对大鼠乙醇胃溃疡模型的作用。方法：采用大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡和乙醇损伤型胃溃疡模型，分别给予RBC和庆大毒素混合药液灌胃，同时以等量蒸馏水灌胃作为空白对照，对乙醇损伤型胃溃疡模型又分别给予RBC以及庆大霉素灌胃。计算各组的溃疡指数及溃疡抑制率，并进行统计分析。结果：RBC与庆大霉素合用对大鼠乙醇损伤型胃溃疡的抑制率是66．49％，高于RHC单用时的溃疡抑制率。两药合用对大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡的抑制率为42．71％，与对照组比较，差异有显性。结论：RBC与庆大霉素联合对大鼠胃溃疡有较好的治疗作用，优于RBC单用的效果。

Effect of Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate in Combination with Magnldrate on Rats Gastric Ulcer

Objective:To investigate the effect of combined use of ranitidine bismuth citrate(RBC) and magnldrate on rats gastric ulcer models,and to compare the combined effect of RBC and magnldrate with the single effect of RBC or magnldrate when used singly.Methods:Pyloric ligation induced ulcer and ethanol injury induced ulcer models were used.The models were given the mixture of RBC and magnldrate respectively;meanwhile,they were given equal distilled water.The models induced by ethanol were given RBC and magnldrate respectively.The indexes and inhibitory rates of each group were calculated and statistical analysis made.Results:In the models with ethanol induced ulcer,the inhibitory rate was 66.49% when the two medicines were used in combination,highter than that of the control group when RBC or magnldrate was used singly.In the models with pyloric ligation induced ulcer,the inhibitory rate was 42.71% when the two medicines were used in combination.There was a significant difference between this group and the control group.Conclusion: RBC and magnlclrate used in combination showed a better therapeutic effect for rats gastric ulcer than RBC or magnldrate used singly.
