2004年大连市中山区部分医疗机构消毒灭菌现状调查

[目的]了解大连市中山区医疗机构消毒状况。[方法]2004年按照《消毒技术规范》2002版的要求进行调查，对大连市中山区85所医疗卫生单位的空气、物体表面、医护人员手、未使用和使用中的消毒灭菌剂、无菌医疗用品、消毒灭菌器械进行采样检测。[结果]合计抽检样品825份，合格761份，合格率为92．24％，其中医护人员手、重点科室空气的消毒合格率较低，分别为74．39％、80．50％。[结论]大连市中山区部分医疗机构消毒质量不达标，存在隐患，应定期对其进行指导监督，责成改进，保证医疗安全。

Investigation on Current Status of Disinfection and Sterilization of Medical Institution in Zhongshan District, Dalian City

[Objective]To understand the situation of disinfection and sterilization of medical Institutions in Zhongshan district,Dalian City.[Methods]During 2004,according to the < Technical Standards of Sterilization,2002 >,all the 85 Medical Institutions located in Zhongshan district were surveyed.Sampling tests had been done on airs of important department rooms,surface of objects,fingers of staffs,disinfectants which were on using or on seal,bacteria-free materials,sterilization equipments,etc.[Results]825 samples were tested,761 were qualified,qualified rate was 92.24%,and qualification rates on the fingers of staff and the airs of important rooms were lower,which were 74.39% and 80.50% respectively.[Conclusion]The Sterilization situation were not satisfied at some medical institutions,and risk factors were being existed,regularly monitoring and supervising should be done on them in order to improve the medical hygiene situation.
