棉田喷洒溴氰菊酯对喷药人员健康影响的研究

连续两年对44名棉田喷洒2.5％溴氰菊酯的农民进行了健康调查。结果表明,当呼吸带空气中溴氰菊酯的浓度为0.022～24.070μg/m~3,同时皮肤表面的污染量为0.013～0.347μg/cm~2时,多数人主诉面部皮肤有烧灼和刺痒感觉,个别人还伴有粟粒样红色丘疹,但是没有观察到任何急性中毒表现。血液中Na~+、K~+、尿素氮、Na~++K~+-ATP酶、5-羟色胺和尿中5-羟吲哚乙酸、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苦杏仁酸以及其它观察指标,在两组之间均无明显差异。喷药人员尿中溴氰菊酯的含量低于0.20μg/L。

Health Survey among Farmers Exposed to Deltamethrin in the Cotton Fields

Health survey was conducted among spraymen exposed to 2.5% deltamethrin EC in the cotton fields. The subjects exposed to deltamethrin at concentrations of 0.022-24.070μg/m~3 in the air of respiratory zone and 0.013-0.347μg/cm~2 of skin contact. Results showed that one half of the 44 examined subjects complained of feeling itching and burning on their faces. Few miliary red papules also appeared on the face of one of them but no sign of acute deltamethrin poisoning was observed by physical examination. There was no significant difference in sodium, potassium, and urea contents in the serum, Na~++K~+-ATPase and serotonin in whole blood, 3-methl-4-bydroxymandelic acid and 5-hydroxy-indoleacetic acid in the urine between the examined subiects and the controls, Deltamethrin in the urine of spraymen was below the detected limit of the method used (0.20μg/L).
