| 摘 要： | 目的 分析不同人类反应型态的护理诊断在临床上的应用构成比。方法 对216份护理病历中使用的护理诊断进行统计。结果 在9种人类反应型态中，交换、沟通、移动、感知、认识、感觉6种型态的构成比各有不同的比例，关系、价值、选择3种型态的构成比均为零。结论 护理诊断临床应用构成比受护士评估能力、决策判断能力的影响，不同的社会意识形态、价值信念和区域文化亦影响不同型态的护理诊断在临床上的应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the constituent ratio of clinic application with nursing diagnosis in different reactions of people. Methods Nursing diagnosis of 218 patients clinic data was studied. Results In nine kinds of man reactions, the composition of exchanging, communicating, moving, perceiving, knowing and felling were different, and that of relating, valuing and choosing was zero. Conclusions The composition of clinic application with nursing diagnosis was affected by nurse's estimation and decision, and different social consciousness, valuing belief and local culture was different on clinic experiment with nursing diagnosis. |
