摘 要: | 目的探讨液基超薄细胞学+TBS系统对宫颈癌及宫颈癌前病变的诊断价值。方法对2008年10至2010年1月在在本院就诊280例,进行回顾性分析,患者行宫颈液基超薄细胞技术检查和TBS细胞学分类诊断,对阳性者进行阴道镜下活检对比。结果280例涂片中检出异常涂片5例,其中癌2例,不典型鳞状细胞(ASCUS)1例,低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)1例,高度鳞状上皮内病变(HS1L)1例。结论宫颈液基超薄细胞技术能有效反映宫颈病变情况,和TBS检测结合有利于宫颈癌的早期发现。

Abstract: | Objective This paper discusses the ultra-thin liquid-based cytology+TBS system for cervical cancer and cervical precancerous lesions of the diagnostic value.Methods In our hospital 280 cases were analyzed retrospectively from Oct.2008 year to Jan.2010,patients with cervical liquid-based thin-cell technology,inspection and classification TBS cytology diagnosis,positive biopsy compared to colposcopy.Results 280 cases of smear smear abnormalities detected in 5 cases,including cancer,2 cases of atypical squamous cells(ASCUS)1 cases,low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL)1 cases,high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HS1L) in 1 case.Conclusion Ultra-thin liquid-based cervical-cell technology can effectively reflect the cervical lesions,and the TBS testing combined with favorable early detection of cervical cancer. |
