| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＩＧＦ－ⅠｍＲＮＡ在结直肠癌组织中的表达。方法：采用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法检测２８例结直肠癌组织及癌周正常组织ＩＧＦ－１ｍＲＮＡ的表达。结果：２８例结直肠癌中，ＩＧＦ－ⅠｍＲＮＡ表达阳性者２０例，癌周组织令３例阳性，癌组织中的表达率明显高于癌周组织；Ｃ、Ｄ期癌表达率明显高于Ａ、Ｂ期癌，结论：ＩＧＦ－１在结直肠癌组织中存在广泛的表达，ＩＧＦ－１ｍＲＮＡ的表达与结直肠癌的转移有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of IGF I mRNA in colorectal carcinoma tissues. Method:RT PCR was used to determine the IGF I mRNA expression in 28 cases of colorectal carcinomas tissues and the normal tissues around the cancer. Results:The results showed that IGF I mRNA was positively expressed in 20 of 28 cases of cancer, whereas it was positively expressed only in 3 cases of normal tissues. The expression rate in cancers was significantly higher than that in normal tissues ( P < 0.01). And the expression rate in stage C and D cancers was significantly higher than that in stage A and B cancers ( P < 0.01). Conclusion:IGF I is widely expressed in colorectal carcinoma tissues, and the expression of IGF I mRNA is associated with the presence of metastasi of colorectal carcinomas. |
