薏苡仁多糖对实验性糖尿病大鼠红细胞免疫、T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘    要:探讨薏苡仁多糖对实验性糖尿病大鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。利用小剂量链尿佐菌素(STZ 25mg/kgi.v)加喂高热量饲料(热卡:20.083j/g),建立实验性Ⅱ糖尿病大鼠模型,观察薏苡仁多糖对模型大鼠红细胞免疫粘附及T淋巴细胞亚群的作用。结果:实验性糖尿病大鼠与正常组比较,红细胞C3b受体花环率(E-C3bRR)水平下降34.60%,红细胞免疫复合物花环率(E-ICR)增加63.44%,T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8分别下降了25.17%、25.61%、16.31%,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。经薏苡仁多糖治疗后,以上各值均有不同程度的恢复(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:实验性糖尿病大鼠存在红细胞免疫粘附功能及T淋巴细胞亚群异常,薏苡仁多糖能够改善这种异常状态,这可能与薏苡仁多糖的降血糖作用及免疫调节作用有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of coixan on erythroeyte immune adherence function and T lymphocyte subsets in the experimental NIDDM rats. Methods: The experimental NIDDM rats were yielded by injected streptozotocin(25mg/kg i.v)and fed hyperotophic foods (Calories:20.083J/g), then we used coixan to treat the type Ⅱdiabetes rats and observed erythrocyte immune adherence function ant T1ymphocyte subsets in the experimental NIDDM rats. Results: The erythrocyte C3b receptor ratio (E-C3bRR)decreased 34.60% and the erythrocyte immune compound ratio (E-ICR)increased 63.44%, T 1ymphocyte subgroup(CD3、CD4、CD8) lowered 25.17%、25.61%、16.31% respectively. All of the above-mentioned parameters in the model group were significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). but they were restored after coixan administration (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: There were disorders of erythrocyte immune adherence function and T 1ymphocyte subsets in the experimental NIDDM rats. Coixan could restore these disorder, it may be due to the hypoglycemic effects and immunoregulation of coixan.
