| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察糖尿病患者不同性别之间的血液流变学指标变化的差异。方法 :测定糖尿病患者和健康对照人群的血液流变学指标 ,运用统计学方法对相关指标进行两组间统计学分析。结果 :男性糖尿病患者全血粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性指数极显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;红细胞聚集指数显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。而女性糖尿病患者的血液粘度只有在切变率 3 0s- 1 时高于正常对照 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其余指标均没有显著性差异。结论 :血液流变学指标与男性糖尿病患者有关 ,而与女性糖尿病患者关系不明显

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the relation in diabetic patients for hemorheological indexes and to compare the difference of the sex.Method: To measure the hemorheological indexes in diabetic patients and control group and analysis with SAS statistic software.Results: The Whole blood viscosity、the hematocrcit(HCT)、the erythrocyte rigidity indexes of male diabetic is significant higher than that of the control ( P <0.01),Red blood cell aggregation indexes in male diabetic patients is higher than that of control( P <0.05) too. and the whole blood viscosity of female diabetic,only at 30 s -1 is higher than that of control. The others have no different.Conclusion: The hemorheological indexes are related with the male diabetic patients and have no significant relationship with female diabetic patients. |
