1995~2004年合肥市城区人群主要死因分析

目的分析合肥市城市居民死亡原因,为有关部门制定防控措施提供依据。方法运用全国统一使用的死因软件,汇总编制成居民病伤死亡原因报表,运用YPLL、WYPLL、VYPLL等指标评价合肥市公共卫生和人群健康状况。结果恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病和损伤中毒5大疾病是构成合肥市城市居民主要死因。损伤中毒使低年龄组人口的“早死”,除了造成生命年数的损失外,还是危害社会劳动力和社会经济发展的一个重要因素。慢性非传染性疾病是危害合肥市城市居民健康的主要疾病。结论慢性非传染性疾病和意外伤害对城市居民的健康造成了严重威胁,是今后疾病防治工作的重点。

Death Cause Analysis of Hefei Urban Population from 1995 to 2004

Objective To analyze the causes of death in inhabitant of Hefei city and provide basis for decision making for the health administrator.Method National uniform death-cause statistical software was used to get repot of death cause in inhabitant of Hefei.Indexes such as,YPPL,WYPLL,VYPLL et al.were used to evaluate the public health and people's health statues in the certain period.Result The results showed that malignancy,cerebrovascular disease,cardiac disease,respiratory disease and injury poisoning were the main death-causing reasons in inhabitant of Hefei.Injury poisoning was becoming the primary risk factor which threated the people's health and social development,It not only caused the lost of life year due to the "earlier death" in the low age group,but also endangered the social labor force and social economic.And non-communicable chronic diseases were main diseases,which endangered the people's health in Hefei.Conclusion Non-communicable Chronic diseases and injury,which is great threaten to inhabitant,should be the important parts in disease prevention in Hefei.
