| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨衰退型精神分裂症患者进行始动训练的方法及临床疗效。方法：80例衰退型精神分裂症患者随机分为训练组和对照组各40例,均按常规用药,训练组患者同时每个月集中进行1-2个项目的日常生活自理能力的专题训练。治疗前后2组分别用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表（SSPI）、住院病人日常生活能力评定量表（ADLPI）进行疗效评定。结果：治疗8个月后,训练组与治疗前及对照组比较,ADLPI及SSPI总分明显下降（P〈0.05或〈0.01）。结论：始动训练能显著改善衰退型精神分裂症患者的被动行为,提高自理能力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore method and effectiveness of initiative training in patients with waning schizophrenia.Methods:A group of inpatients with waning schizophrenia were randomly divided into training group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to SSPI and APLPI scales.The training group treated with specific program training besides routine treatment.The therapeutic effectiveness was assessed by SSPI and ADLPI scales before and after treatment.Results:After training,the general scores of ADLPI and SSPI were significantly reduced as compared with those before treatment and in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Initiative training could significantly improve the passive behavior of the patients with chronic waning schizophrenia. |
