骨肉瘤患者手术前后血中一氧化氮的变化及意义

目的通过检测骨肉瘤手术前后患者血中一氧化氮（ＮＯ）的含量变化，研究ＮＯ与肿瘤手术治疗之间的关系。方 法用分光光度比色法（Ｇｒｉｅｓｓ法）分别检测骨肉瘤患者手术前后血中ＮＯ含量，正常对照组选用普通献血者的血液，结 果经统计学处理。结果术前血中ＮＯ含量（２３．４±１４．６）μｍｏｌ／Ｌ与术后（３４．１±１６、３）μｍｏｌ／Ｌ比较差异明显（Ｐ＜０．０５），与 正常对照（４９．５±８．８） μｍｏｌ／Ｌ相比差异非常明显（Ｐ０．０１），术后与正常对照组相比亦存在明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论骨肉 瘤患者术后血中ＮＯ含量较术前明显提高，但仍未达到正常水平，一定程度上反映了肿瘤患者手术前后免疫功能状态 的改变，对判断肿瘤的预后和进一步选择治疗具有一定的指导价值。

Postoperative changes of blood nitric oxide and its significance in osteosarcoma patients

Objective: To study the changes of blood nitric oxide (NO) in response to surgical treatment in patients with osteosarcoma. Methods The NO levels in the blood samples taken preoperatively and postoperatively from 18 osteosarcoma patients, along with those in the blood samples from 30 healthy blood donors serving as normal control, were measured by colorimetric method. Results The preoperative blood NO level was significantly lower than that in the postoperative and normal blood samples (P<0.05 and P<0.01), and the postoperative level was lower than the normal. Conclusion The changes of blood NO levels after the operation may be indicative of the changes in the immune response due to osteosarcoma invasion.
