| 摘 要： | 目的探讨芸香苷(Ru)皮下注射给药对实验性急性胰腺炎(AP)的治疗作用.方法脱氧胆酸钠逆行胆胰管注射诱发大鼠AP模型.诱发AP后10 min,Ru 30、60、120 mg/kg,sc,q1h, 共6次,观察AP大鼠各项指标的改变.结果 Ru 30、60、120 mg/kg,sc 3个剂量治疗用药,可不同程度的降低AP大鼠升高的血清淀粉酶, 减轻胰腺组织病理组织学损伤.仅Ru 120 mg/kg治疗用药使血清脂肪酶有较明显的降低,使胰腺系数和腹水生成减少.结论 Ru多次sc给药对实验性AP具有一定的治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Rutoside (Ru) on experimental acute pancreatitis (AP) in rats. Methods AP model was induced by retrograde injection of sodium deoxycholate into bilipancreatic duct in rat. Ru (30, 60, 120 mg/kg) was administered subcutaneously ten minutes after the induction of AP, then at a one hour interval for six hours. We observed some indicators at 6 h after the induction. Results Ru (30, 60, 120 mg/kg,sc) decreased the serum amylase (AMS) and attenuated the pathologic leision of pancrease to different degrees. Only 120 mg/kg Ru inhibited the serum lipase (LPS) elevation, reduced pancreas index(PI) and ascites volume significantly. Conclusion The study indicates that Ru administrated subcutaneously has certain therapeutic effects on AP in rats. |
