| 摘 要： | 建立了胃炎胶囊溶出度的测定方法。以0．1mol／L盐酸溶液为溶出介质，采用转篮法，转速为100r／min，紫外检测波长290nm，胃炎胶囊中盐酸普鲁卡因30min时的溶出度大于80％。

| Abstract: | Weiyan capsules consisted of gentamicin sulfate and procaine hydrochloride. The dissolution of procaine hydrochloride in Weiyou capsules was determined by UV method, at the wavelength of 290 nm, according to the basket method at the rotational speed of 100r/min. 0.1 mol/L HCl solution was used as the dissolution solution. The dissolution of procaine hydrochloride in Weiyan capsules was more than 80% in 30 min. |
