| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床表现及冠脉病变的特点。方法选择148例经冠脉造影确诊为冠心病的患者,其中合并2型糖尿病的患者共70例作为观察组,未合并2型糖尿病的患者共78例作为对照组,分析比较两组的临床资料及冠脉病变特点。结果观察组与对照组的年龄、性别、高血压、高血脂病史和吸烟史之间差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,观察组低密度脂蛋白（LDL-L）、甘油三酯（TG）水平显著高于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白（HDL-L）水平显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组冠脉病变以多支病变和弥漫性病变为主,狭窄程度严重（P〈0.05）。结论冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者血脂紊乱更显著,常累及多支冠状动脉,病变呈弥漫性。
