| 摘 要： | 目的评价丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平治疗狂躁发作患者的疗效和安全性。方法将71例躁狂发作患者随机分为两组,丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平组36例和联合氟哌啶醇组35例,进行为期6周的对照研究,采用Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表（BRMS）、临床疗效总评量表（CGI）和不良反应症状量表（TESS）评定疗效及安全性。结果联合奥氮平组与联合氟哌啶醇组疗效无明显差异（P〉0.05）,但联合奥氮平组药物不良反应明显低于氟哌啶醇组（P〈0.05）。结论丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平治疗躁狂发作患者疗效好而不良反应少。
