| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清B型脑钠肽（B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP）和净脱水量在急性肾衰竭患者持续性肾脏替代治疗（continous renal replacement therapy,CRRT）中的变化。方法选择5例于四川大学华西医院行CRRT治疗超过24h的少尿型急性肾衰竭患者,采用ELISA方法测定0、4、8、12和24h的血清及超滤液BNP水平,运用Person分析对血清BNP降低值和净脱水量进行相关性分析。结果血清BNP呈时间依赖性下降（P〈0.05）;随着净脱水量增加,血清BNP的下降相应增加（r=0.798,P〈0.01）;超滤液BNP水平极低,且差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论少尿型急性肾衰竭患者进行CRRT治疗后的容量负荷有所减轻,血清BNP显著下降;血清BNP的下降与净脱水量成正相关;BNP可从滤液中滤出,但浓度极低。
