| 摘 要： | 目的探讨保留子宫动脉的大部分子宫切除术在临床中的应用价值。方法对30例患者行保留子宫动脉的大部分子宫切除术（实验组），与行传统腹式子宫次全切除术的30例患者（对照组）进行比较。结果实验组术中出血量和手术时间分别为73～97ml及60～84min，对照组术中出血量和手术时间为79～101ml及61～85min。两组术后出血时间和感染发生率相等。对照组术前、术后性激素E2水平从（598．18±16．82）pmol／L降低至（391．25±30．96）pmol／L，实验组则从（601．25±12．55）pmol／L增至（658．47±86．25）pmol／L。更年期症状发生率实验组为3．3％，对照组为13．3％。结论保留子宫动脉的大部分子宫切除术对卵巢功能影响小，是年轻子宫肌瘤患者的首选。
