| 摘 要： | 目的观察小剂量氨茶碱联合肺康复治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）稳定期患者的疗效。方法老年COPD稳定期患者随机分成试验组和对照组各20例，实验组患者口服氨茶碱片（100mg，2次／日）同时进行肺康复治疗，对照组仅口服同样剂量氨荼碱片。观察治疗6个月后患者呼吸困难症状（MRC评分）、日常生活活动能力（ADL评分）和肺功能的变化。结果两组患者在治疗后MRC评分降低，ADL评分提高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后实验组MRC评分及ADL评分较对照组改善更明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后肺功能指标改变无统计学意义。结论小剂量氨茶碱联合肺康复治疗，可进一步减轻老年COPD稳定期患者呼吸困难症状，增强日常生活活动能力，提高生活质量，值得临床推广。
