离心时间对出凝血四项检测结果的影响

目的分析离心时间不同时,得到的血浆用于检测活化部分凝血酶时间测定（APTT）,凝血酶原时间测定（PT）,血浆凝血酶时间测定（TT）和血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）含量测定时,结果是否有统计学差异。方法用枸橼酸钠抗凝管抽取10个正常人血标本,每人采集两管共6ml,将每个人的标本按每只1ml分装到1.5ml的Eppendorf管中,然后分别按照3000转3、5、7、10和15 min和20分钟离心,离心结束后分别检测每份血浆的APTT、PT、TT和FIB结果,统计分析不同离心时间是否影响检测结果。结果此六种离心时间得到的血浆,APTT、TT和FIB的检测结果没有统计学差异（P〉0.05）,PT的结果有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论离心时间的长短影响出凝血检测结果,所以必须严格按照操作规程进行检测前的离心。
