| 摘 要： | 目的观察体外震波碎石结合中医辩证治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法将86例无体外震波禁忌症病人随机分为实验组50例及时照组36例，实验组行体外震波碎石后结合中医辩证药物治疗，对照组行单纯体外震波碎石。两组都要在治疗期进行抗炎、大量饮水及适宜运动等基础性治疗和经B超或肾孟造影、腹部平片确诊结石大小、形状、部位、性质；检查血常规、尿常规、凝血象、肾功能、心电图；观察两组临床症状、结石大小、形状、部位等指标。结果实验组结果总有效率96％，对照组结果总有效率78％。结论体外震碎石结合中医辩证治疗肾结石能提高结石排出率。
