| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法将56例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为治疗组（30例）,应用阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗,对照组（26例）应用辛伐他汀,疗程2个月,检查尿蛋白（U-pro）、血尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）、肾小球滤过率（GFR）指标的变化情况。结果经过2个月治疗,两组间Cr、BUN、GFR、U-pro水平有差异（P〈0.05）。而治疗后总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）在两组间无差异（P〉0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠可延缓血管内皮损,对肾功能有一定保护作用。
