| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白芍总苷对骨关节炎（OA）患者血清总抗氧化能力（T-AOC）和一氧化氮（NO）水平的影响。方法 80例OA患者随机分成两组,分别给予白芍总苷＋对乙酰氨基酚治疗组（A组）、对乙酰氨基酚治疗组（B组）。测量患者在用药前、用药4周后的血清T-AOC、NO水平。结果用药4周后,两组T-AOC均升高,而NO的水平均有所下降,白芍总苷治疗组T-AOC的升高和NO的下降较明显（P〈0.05）,有统计学意义。结论白芍总苷能有效辅助改善OA患者的病情,降低血清中T-AOC和NO的水平。
