紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期鼻咽癌的临床观察

目的评价紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效和毒性。方法 48例晚期NPC患者分别采用TP方案（紫杉醇脂质体＋顺铂）和PF方案化疗（顺铂＋氟尿嘧啶）,2周期后评价两组疗效及不良反应。结果试验组（TP）和对照组（PF）总有效率分别为70.83%和54.17%;两组Ⅲ、Ⅳ度白细胞减少发生率相近,但口腔黏膜炎的发生率试验组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期鼻咽癌近期疗效较好,不良反应较轻。

Clinical observation of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of paclitaxel liposome and cisplatin treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 48 patients with advanced NPC were treated with TP（paclitaxel liposome and cisplatin） or PF（fluorouracil and cisplatin） regimen.The efficacy and adverse reactions after 2 cycles were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 70.83% and 54.17% in TP group and PF group,respectively.The incidence rate of neutropenia of Ⅲ and Ⅳ were similar in both groups.But the incidence of oral mucositis was significantly lower in study group than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin has better efficacy and less adverse reactions in advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
