高压氧联合康复综合治疗急性脑梗死后神经功能缺损

目的探讨高压氧联合康复综合治疗急性脑梗死后神经功能缺损的疗效。方法 147例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均按急性脑梗死常规药物治疗并配合康复治疗,治疗组同时加用高压氧疗,治疗开始及治疗3周后对两组患者进行神经功能缺损程度评分变化和临床疗效评定。结果治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损评分由（27.34±5.54）降至（15.43±3.76）;对照组由（26.78±5.47）降至（17.82±4.71）,两组治疗后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后两组神经功能缺损程度评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组神经功能缺损程度评分均有明显改善,治疗组优于对照组。总有效率比较：治疗组为93.3%,对照组为88.0%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;但（基本痊愈＋显著进步）率两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早期高压氧治疗和康复治疗对急性脑梗死有协同作用,两者合用治疗急性脑梗死能较显著的改善患者神经功能缺损,提高治疗效果。
