| 摘 要： | 目的观察米汤加阿片酊灌肠对放射性直肠炎的治疗作用。方法 28例急性放射性直肠炎患者采用米汤50ml＋阿片酊0.5ml保留灌肠,每天两次,连续使用10天。以放射性直肠炎分级下降作为判断治疗有效的指标。结果放射性直肠炎治疗总有效率为71.4%,其中治愈3例,部分缓解17例。结论米汤加阿片酊灌肠治疗急性放射性直肠炎有较好的疗效,值得临床应用及推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of rice water combined with opium tincture treat on acute radiation proctitis.Methods 28 patients with acute radiation proctitis were treated with the retention enema with rice water 50ml and opium tincture 0.5ml twice a day,for 10 days at least.Results The overall effective rate was 71.4%.Three patients were complete remission and 17 patients were partial remission.Conclusions Retention enema with rice water and opium tincture is effective on radiation proctitis and dese... |
