体外钢板固定治疗锁骨中段骨折(附31例报告)

目的]探讨自行研制的体外钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效.方法] 2007年6月～2011年1月,对31例锁骨中段骨折患者采用锁骨体外钢板同定治疗.受伤至手术时间为2～6d,平均3.5d.根据Edward对锁骨骨折愈合的评价指标制定疗效判断标准.结果]本组病例经9～25个月,平均16个月的随访,骨折均获骨性愈合.0按上述标准评定:优24例,良5例,中2例.结论]体外钢板固定治疗锁骨中段骨折具有固定可靠,创伤小,无需二期手术取出内固定等优点,有望成为治疗锁骨骨折一种较为理想的术式.

External plates fixation for the treatment of clavicular middle-third fractures

Objective]To summarize the results of clavicular middle-third fractures fixed by self-made external plates.Method]Thirty-one patients with clavicular middle-third fractures were treated with external plates fixation from June,2007 to January,2011.The duration from injury to operation varied from 2~6 days(average,3.5 days).The results were evaluated by standards which was made according to the key points of healing of clavicular fracture of Edward.Result]All patients were followed up.The follow-up time was 16(9~25) months.All fractures were healed.According to the Edward criteria,24 patients regained an excellent clinical result,5 good,2 fair,0 poor.Conclusion]External fixation for the clavicular middle-third fractures is believed to be a better method because of its advantages such as stable fixation,less-invasive and no need to remove the implants.
