综合医院多重耐药菌感染患者的临床调查

目的研究多重耐药菌的临床分布特点和相关感染危险因素,为防控多重耐药菌感染提供理论依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,研究675例多重耐药菌感染患者临床分布特点。结果该医院多重耐药菌感染患者主要分布在呼吸内科、神经内科、神经外科、普外科、肿瘤科和儿科。多重耐药菌株主要是β内酰胺酶阳性大肠埃希菌和克雷伯菌、多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌以及耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌。结论多重耐药菌感染者主要分布在重症病人集中的科室,应加强对高危科室和易感人群的监控。

CLINICAL INVESTIGATION ON MULTIPLE ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT BACTERIA INFECTION PATIENTS OF GENERAL HOSPITAL

Objective To study the multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria clinical distribution characteristics and related risk factors of infection,provides theory basis for prevention and control of multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria infection.Methods Retrospective investigation was used to explore the clinical distribution characteristics of 675 cases of multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria infection patient.Results The main hospital multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria infection patients distributed in the respiratory medicine,nerve medicine,neurosurgery,general surgery,and pediatric oncology.Multiple drug-resistant strains was mainly beta enzyme positive Escherichia coli and Crayresearc,multiple drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter and Methicilin resistance Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion Multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria are mainly distributed in the department concentrated with intensive care patients.It should strengthen monitoring high-risk department and susceptible population.
