老年患者医院感染调查与分析

目的了解住院老年患者医院感染特点及其危险因素,制定有效控制措施。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对某医院2008-2010年所有住院老年患者医院感染发生率及相关因素进行了调查与分析。结果该医院3年共有住院老年患者6 128例,发生医院感染452例、576例次,医院感染率为7.37%、例次感染率9.40%。感染部位以呼吸道为主,占42.86%;其次为泌尿道感染,占33.19%。患者年龄、住院天数、气管插管、尿道插管、基础病等构成老年患者医院感染的主要危险因素。结论该医院住院老年患者医院感染发生率明显高于同期医院感染水平,侵入性操作和严重的基础病构成老年患者医院感染主要危险因素,应有针对性地采取防控措施。

SURVEY AND ANALYSIS OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTIONS IN ELDERLY PATIENTS

Objective To know the characteristic and risk factors of the nosocomial infection in elderly patients,and make corresponding measurements.Methods Retrospective investigation was used to survey and analyze the incidence rate of nosocomial infections in elderly in-hospital patients and the possible factors from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010.Results There were 452 cases and 576 case times of nosocomial infection from 6 128 elderly in-hospital patients.The incidence rate was 7.37%.The incidence time rate was 9.40%.The major site of the infection were the respiratory tract(42.86%),the second site of infections were urinary tract(33.19%).Multivariate analysis showed that the following factors were related to nosocomial infection included age,duration of hospitalization,tracheal intubation,urinary catheterization,underlying disease and so on.Conclusion The incidence rate of elderly patients in hospital infection is higher than the same period of the hospital infection level.Invading procedure and the serious base disease were the main risk factor of nosocomial infection in elderly patient.It should take measures to deal with the problems.
