肝移植患者PICC置管渗血量的相关因素研究

目的 探讨肝移植患者PICC置管后穿刺点渗血的危险因素.方法 收集152例肝移植患者的一般资料、实验室检查指标,如凝血功能指标、血小板计数、血清白蛋白等,分析其与PICC置管后1周内渗血总量的相关性.结果 152例患者渗血的发生率是100％.多元线性回归分析显示,穿刺部位、凝血酶原时间是肝移植患者PICC穿刺点渗血的影响因素.结论 肝移植患者进行PICC置管时,医护人员应尽量选择肘上穿刺并高度关注患者置管时的凝血酶原时间,以降低患者置管后渗血的发生率、持续时间及渗血量.

The related factors of blood oozing from the insertion site during the first week after PICC placement in patients with liver transplantation

Objective To explore the risk factors of blood oozing from the insertion site after peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) placement in patients with liver transplantation.Methods The total amount of blood oozing from the insertion site during the first week after PICC placement in 152 patients with liver transplantation was recorded.Moreover,the demographic data,laboratory index such as coagulant function,platelet count,serum albumin were collected.Results All the patients manifested with blood oozing after PICC placement.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the insertion site and prothrombin time were the risk factors of blood oozing after PICC placement.Conclusion Medical staff should try to choose cubits on biopsy and concern the patients’ prothrombin time before PICC placement in order to reduce blood oozing after PICC placement.
