| 摘 要： | 目的检测同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）在多种常见恶性肿瘤患者血清中的表达水平。方法选择我院明确诊断的382例恶性肿瘤患者和190例正常健康体检者,采用循环酶法分别测定其空腹血清Hcy水平。结果对照组血清Hcy为（9.22±0.37）μmol/L,10种恶性肿瘤患者血清Hcy均升高（（12.34±0.87）μmol/L-（19.76±1.85）μmol/L）,并且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论同型半胱氨酸在消化道肿瘤、妇科肿瘤以及肺癌和前列腺癌患者中升高,其原因值得进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of homocysteine（Hcy） in serum of patients with common malignant tumor.Methods Fasting expression levels of Hcy in serum of 382 patients with established malignant tumor and in 190 healthy controls were measured with cycle enzyme methods.Results The expression levels of Hcy were significantly higher in patients with malignant tumor than in controls（（12.34±0.87）μmol/L-（19.76±1.85）μmol/L vs（9.22±0.37）μmol/L,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The expression level of Hcy in patients of different cancers increases,which needs to be further studied. |
