摘    要:用氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定净水剂中砷,选择最优化的反应条件和工作条件 。方法的检出出限为0.47ng /ml, 精密度为0.98%,标准曲线0-100ng/ml,砷的相关系数为0.9997。实际样品测定中,砷的回收率在96.5%-102.0%之间。

Abstract:The contents of arsenic in water purificants was determined by FI hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry in this assay,based on the optimization of reaction and working condition The detection limit and precision was 0 47 ng/ml and 0 98% respectively The linear range of standard curve was 0~100 ng/ml ( r=0 9997 ) The recovery rates of detection ranged from 96 5% to 102 0% for samples
