口腔毛滴虫感染的调查

目的：探讨口腔毛滴虫感染情况及与口腔疾病的关系。方法：对492例口腔门诊患者采用探针取牙周袋内牙垢，生理盐水直接涂片后镜检。结果：共查出口腔毛滴虫感染者46例，感染率为9．35％，男性为8．02％，女性为11．90％，其中有45例患有单一或多种口腔疾病，26例患者来自农村。结论：口腔毛滴虫与口腔疾病有一定关系。近年来口腔毛滴虫的感染呈下降趋势，但农村地区感染高于城市。保持口腔卫生，治疗口腔疾病是预防的关键。

Investigation on the Infection of Trichomonas Tenax

Objective： To study the relationship between the infection of trichomonas tenax and oral diseases. Methods：The dental calculus in periodontal pocket of 492 outpatients were taken out by probe and then were directly smeared for microscopy by normal saline. Results： Of 492 outpatients, 46 cases with infection of trichomonas tenax were found and the infective rate was 9.35% （ male 8.02% , female 11.90% ）. There were 45 cases with simple or various oral diseases among them, in which 26 cases were from countryside. Conclusion：There is a certain relationship between the infection of trichomonas tenax and oral diseases. The infection of triehomonas tenax shows the downtrend in recent years, but the infection in countryside is still higher than that in city. It is an infective key to keep oral clean and cure oral diseases.
