| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时对心肌损伤的诊断价值.方法:测定19例HIE患儿的血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和cTnI水平.结果:在HIE时血清cTnI水平高于正常,且轻度、中度与重度HIE间的血清cTnI水平差异均有显著性(P＜0.01),但轻度与中度、轻度与重度、中度与重度HIE间的CK-MB水平差异均无显著性(P＞0.05).结论:HIE患儿病情愈重,其心肌损伤程度愈重,血清cTnI水平愈高.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the role of cardiac troponin I(cTnI) in determining the injury of cardiac muscle of the neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:The creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) and cTnI in the serum of 19 neonates with HIE were detected.Results:The levels of cTnI in the serum of the neonates with HIE were higher than normal neonates and there was marked different among the neonates with light,moderate and severe HIE (P<0.01).The levels of CK-MB had no significant difference in the serum of the neonates with light,moderate and severe HIE(P>0.05).Conclusions:The level of cTnI in serum is of great value in the diagnosis of the myocardial injury of neonates with HIE. |
