摘    要:目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定地黄寡糖中水苏糖含量方法. 方法采用菲罗门Rezex RPM-Monosaccharide Pb+ +8%(7.8mm×300mm)色谱柱,以水为流动相,流速0.8 ml/min,示差检测器测定地黄寡糖中水苏糖含量.结果 在该色谱条件下,水苏糖在0.20~3.20 mg/ml范围内峰面积和进样质量有良好的线性关系,其相关系数为0.999 5.样品平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.2%(n=6).结论 该方法灵敏可靠,专属性强,且具有快速、简便、重复性好的特点.

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of stachyose contents in Rehmannia Glutinosa Oligosaccharides(ROS).Methods Stachyose was determined with Rezex RPM-Monosaccharide Pb+ +8%(7.8 mm×300 mm)column, water as mobile phase and differential refractive index detector. Results The correlation coefficient between the area of stachyose and stachyose content was 0.999 5. The sample average recovery was 99.9%, the RSD was 1.2 %( n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, specific, accurate and reproducible.
