银杏叶片对老龄小鼠微循环血流动力学及耐缺氧能力的影响

摘    要:目的探讨银杏叶片对老龄小鼠微循环、血流动力学及耐缺氧能力的影响。方法老龄小鼠80只,随机分为4组:空白对照组、银杏叶片50 mg.kg-1、100 mg.kg-1、200 mg.kg-1剂量组,每组20只,各组小鼠每日灌胃1次,连续7 d。结果银杏叶片200 mg.kg-1组能改善微动脉管径、微静脉管径、毛细血管开放数与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);100 mg.kg-1和200 mg.kg-1组小鼠断尾血流量、喘气次数及喘气持续时间明显高于空白对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论银杏叶片具有改善老龄小鼠微循环、增加血流量、提高耐缺氧能力的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of Ginkgo leaves tables on microcirculation haemodynamics and hypoxia-resist abitiy in old mice.Methods Eighty old mice were randomly divided into four groups(n=20):blank control group,Ginkgo leaves tablets 50 mg·kg-1,100 mg·kg-1,200 mg·kg-1 groups.the mice were orally administrated once a day for 7 days.Results Compared with NS control group,the diameters of microarteriole,the diameters of microvenule and the number of capillary vessel in Ginkgo leaves tablets 200 mg·kg-1 group increased significally(P<0.05).Velocity of blood flow of tail in mice,the frequency of respiration and the maintenance time in the 100 mg·kg-1 group and 200 mg·kg-1 group were obviously higher than those in NS control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Ginkgo leaves tablets could improve microcirculation.Increase the volume of blood flow and enhance the ability of anti-hypoxia for old mice.
