| 摘 要： | 动态观察经长期体外补充NO的前体物L-arg后,高胆固醇血浆中脂质过氧化物(LPO)分解产物丙二醛(MDA)含量及动脉和心肌组织中MDA含量,结果发现,无论在实验中期或末期,其血浆中MDA含量均比单纯胆固醇低;实验结束时,其动脉和心肌组织中MDA含量均小于单纯胆固醇组,且有明显差异。提示,补充L-arg可能通过NO清除自由基,减轻体内的脂质过氧化作用,而表现一定的抗动脉粥样硬化效应。

| Abstract: | The effects of nitric oxide (NO) on lipid peroxidation in hypercholesterolemic rabbits fed with 2.25% L - arginine were studied. MDA levels in the plasma, aorta and heart tissues were deter-mined. The results showed that MDA levels in the plasma and hearttissues decreased when they were fed with 1% cholesterol and 2.25% L - arginine for five weeks or ten weeks and heart tissues Compared with Those fed with 1% cholesterol only, and MDA levels in the aorta. All those results indicate that nitric ox-ide exhibited an antiatherosclerosis effect by inhibition of lipid peroxidation. |
