| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺特定穴、手法调整膝关节肌力平衡疗法对膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法 将105例患者随机分为两组，治疗组68例用针刺特定穴、手法调整膝关节肌力平衡疗法治疗，对照组37例用单纯针刺特定穴治疗。结果 治疗组总显效率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 针刺特定穴、手法调整膝关节肌力平衡疗法对膝骨关节炎的疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of specific point acupuncture and manipulative regulation of genual myodynamic balance for treating genual osteoarthritis.Methods One hundred and five patients were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group of 68 cases was treated by specific point acupuncture and manipulative regulation of genual myodynamic balance and the control group of 37 cases,by simple specific point acupuncture.Results The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Specific point acupuncture and manipulative regulation of genual myodynamic balance has a satisfactory curative effect on genual osteoarthritis. |
