| 摘 要： | 目的:设计新的合成路线制备莱菔子素中间体1-氯-4-甲磺酰基丁烷。方法:以亚甲砜为原料经过二步反应合成莱菔子素中间体。结果与结论:目标产物的化学结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱确证,该合成方法原料易得,操作简便,总收率为65.6%。

| Abstract: | Objective: To design a new route to prepare 1-chloro-4-methylsulfinyl-butane.Methods:The target compound was synthesized successfully from DMSO by two steps.Results and Conclusion: The structure of target compound was confirmed by IR,1HNMR and the total yield was 65.6%.This procedure has advantages of simple starting material and convenient operations. |
