目的：了解失神经支配骨骼肌萎缩的研究现状并对未来研究方向进行探讨。方法：通过查阅大量文献资料，进行归纳总结分析，得出相关结论。结果：目前研究主要集中手从组织形态学、细胞学、生物因子等方面研究失神经肌肉萎缩的病理机制，防治方法主要包括手术方法、物理疗法、药物及基因等方面。结论：失神经支配骨骼肌萎缩的发病机制是多方面的，未来研究将更深入和广泛。

Study and Progress of Skeletal Muscular trophy with Denervation

Objective:To know about the present research on skeletal Muscular atrophy with denervation,and to explore its development.Method:Reviewing literatures,then summarizing them.Result:Present research was focused on the pathogenesis including morphology,cytology and biological factors.The methods of prevention and treatment to muscular atrophy were involued in surgery,physical therapy,pharmaceutical treatment and genes.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of skeletal muscular atrophy with denervation varies,its further research will be thorough and extensive.
