| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不孕症的主要原因。方法对640例不孕症患者的不孕因素进行回顾性分析。结果输卵管因素、排卵功能障碍、男性因素、子宫内膜异位症为引起不孕症的主要因素。其中，输卵管因素占30．16％，是不孕的第一原因；因排卵障碍引起的（主要是多囊卵巢综合征和高泌乳素血症）占21．72％，是不孕的第二原因。结论不孕症的病因复杂，输卵管因素是女性不孕的首要原因，明确诊断针对病因治疗，可以提高妊娠率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the chief reason of barrenness.Methods The aciesis factor about 640 cases patients made a retrospective analysis.Results The aciesis factor were uterine tube,ovulation handicap,mail factor,endometriosis.The factor of uterine tube occupied 30.16%,it was a capital factor.The factor of ovulation handicap occupied 21.72%,it was a second factor.Conclusion The etiopathogenisis of barrenness is complex,The factor of uterine tube is a capital factor,it can increase pregnancy rate if reason is clear-cut. |
