| 摘 要： | 目的：观察急性脑梗死患者应用疏血通与低分子肝素钙进行联合治疗的临床效果。方法：采用对比分析法。对168例急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效与神经功能的缺损评分进行评估。结果：同对照组比较，观察组治疗后疗效显著（P〈0．05）：组间比较，观察组疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：急性脑梗死患者应用疏血通与低分子肝素钙进行联合治疗，能够提高临床效果，能够明显改善患者脑组织血供。

Clinical analysis of treating acute cerebral infarction with Shuxuetong and low molecular weight heparin combination therapy |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Shuxuetong and low molecular weight heparin on treating patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Using the method of comparative analysis to to assess the clinical efficacy of the 168 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction and nerve function deficit score. Results: Compared with the control group, the effect of the treatment group was significant (P<0.05); comparison between groups, the efficacy of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shuxuetong and low molecular weight heparin can improve the clinical results, and significantly improve the blood supply of brain tissue of patients |
