摘    要:目的:了解一起食物中毒事件中副溶血性弧菌(VP)分离株的同源性。方法:按国标方法进行VP的分离与鉴定;对分离出的VP做血清分型及tdh、trh毒力基因检测;用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术进行基因分型。结果:从10例患者肛拭子和1份砧板涂抹物中分离到的11株VP,血清型均为O3:K6,tdh毒力基因均为阳性,PFGE分型图谱也完全相同。结论:这是一起因VP污染了食品加工环节而导致的食物中毒事件。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the homology of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP) strains isolated from a food poisoning.Methods:VP was isolated and identified according to the national standard.The isolated VP strains were carried out serotyping and virulence gene(tdh,trh) detection,then pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) was used for genotyping.Results:11 VP strains with the serotype of O3:K6 were isolated from 10 patients and a chopping block.In this detection,all the VP isolates carried tdh virulence genes and had the same PFGE pattem.Conclusion:This is a food poisoning caused by VP pollution in the food processing link.
