| 摘 要： | 目的探讨成人闭合性胰腺损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析21例闭合性胰腺损伤病例的临床资料。结果21例中,术前确诊12例,手术Ⅰ期治愈10例,死亡2例;发生并发症9例。结论闭合性胰腺损伤术前诊断困难,术后并发症多,根据术中具体探查情况采取合理的手术方式是外科治疗成败的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment of closed injury of pancreas in adults.Methods Clinical data of 21 cases of closed injury of pancreas were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 21 cases,twelve cases were final diagonis,nineteen cases cured with operation,two cases were dead.Other nine cases occurred complications.Conclusion It is difficult to diagnose closed injury of pancreas,and successful key of the surgical treatment is adopt the reasonable operation protocol according to the specific conditions. |
